We initially created Duo to optimize and manage our own properties. We leverage this knowledge and our relationships to accomplish your goals. We also use this experience to mitigate potential risks of property ownership. We understand the importance of managing operating expenses, cash flow and capital improvement repairs. All the properties in Duo’s portfolio are managed as if we owned them.

Advisory Services

Most property owners choose to use property management companies so they can receive the great benefits of owning real estate without having to deal with the day-to-day operations. In order to maximize that experience for our clients we focus on being proactive with the needs of you and your properties. We aren’t order takers waiting for you to suggest an improvement. We actively manage our properties providing both value-add opportunities and cost/risk mitigation suggestions to our clients.

Responsiveness

Your properties are an important investment, and we take that seriously. Our pledge to all our property owners is to be responsive with both monthly updates and day-to-day needs as we problem solve to optimize your asset. We don’t want you having to check-in with us (although you’re always welcome to), we proactively keep you in the loop.

Our fee structure with you is easy to understand without surprises. Residents will not be charged extra fees which impair the amount of rent they can afford.
